It was my supreme pleasure to photograph my good friend Josh Capon's surprise 40th Birthday. Thanks to Lori for producing the party and keeping a tight wrap on the surprise - it made all the difference in the world - he was stunned! Josh is one of the most amazing people in the world and one of the hardest working and talented chefs in NYC (Capon is the three-time winner of the People's Choice award at the New York City Wine & Food Festival's Burger Bash event). However, he knows how to celebrate life - rock star style! His good friends and family came together to help Josh rock out for his 40th - and he lived the life of a Gunner for the night - with his favorite Guns N' Roses cover band, Appetite for Destruction!
