Thank you to the Malta Tourism Authority for the Runner-up Award in this year's Annual Malta International Tourism Press Awards. The Awards helps promote the Maltese Islands on a global scale through all media. 138 professionals were entered in the following categories: magazine, newspaper, online, television, and photography.
My "Magnificent Malta" blog post caught their attention and was recognized for the Award in the Photography category. This was a personal project which blossomed out of my travel work, but it took on a life of it's own after going viral last summer. I'm so grateful these photographs were seen by so many. Everyone should add Malta to their bucket list!
